Bumbuna Hydro-Electric Project

MHI prepared reports and recommendations related to the settlement of outstanding project contractual disputes and the institutional arrangements required for completion of the hydropower project and subsequent operations. In addition we prepared the financial model to capture project debts, construction completion costs, operating costs, debt service obligations and all other fixed and variable costs that would impact the Power Purchase Agreement tariff structure and the cost of Bumbuna energy.
