Prime Contractor Services - Masasi Interconnection, Construction & Reimbursement Agreement

This project is a fast-tracking of a portion of the larger Mtwara Energy Project (MEP) being developed by Artumas Group of Calgary Canada. The project involves the planning, design, procurement, construction supervision, and commissioning of a Northern feeder and town conversion to connect the town of Masasi to the natural gas generation facility in Mtwara.

Acting as the Prime Contractor responsible for the detailed design, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning of the new T&D facilities:

• Engineering design services for the Masasi Interconnection Works including the Northern Feeder, Southern Feeder, Masasi town conversion, and temporary substation
• Project Management Services including construction supervision, procurement of materials, equipment, apparatus and services, and commissioning of the facilities
• Recruitment and training of technical staff specifically assigned to construct and/or install materials and apparatus within the scope of the Masasi Interconnection Works
