Commercialization of Kabul Electricity Directorate

MHI is assisting PA Government Services with the commercialization of the Kabul Electricity Directorate (KED). MHI will be focusing on the following:

• Customer service/customer care programs and facilities
• Billing, collection, and monitoring systems
• Metering, connections, disconnection/reconnection policies and procedures.
• IT, MIS, FMIS, and procurement systems and system capabilities including management reporting and current policies/procedures
• Commercial Loss Reduction Strategy / Program
