Electricity System Restoration and Off-Grid Electrification

This World Bank emergency project involved the following studies and design work:

• Development of distribution construction standards and the creation of distribution maps, drawings and specifications for Monrovia
• Emergency Generation Report, supported by a fuel procurement plan and load forecast
• Power Plant Report, including design, procurement and distribution requirements
• An environmental Impact assessment (EIA) for Monrovia Power Supplies
• Development of a management contract and RFP for the re-establishment and Management Support Services to LEC
• A report on the selection of communities for off-grid electrification, complete with generation reports, fuel procurement requirements, and all distribution drawings and specifications
