Creation of an FMIS in the Three Elektroprivredas (Three Separate Vertically Integrated Electric Utilities)

The components of this project were:

• Providing strategic direction for the creation and use of ERP systems in the Elektroprivredas (EPs). 
• Performing requirements analysis for FMIS and develop RFP documents for procurement of hardware, software, and implementation services.
• Providing overall project management for all three EP project teams for all phases of the project, including the simultaneous implementation of the same FMIS in all three EPs.
